The center is the fifth in the list that includes Cricket Australia’s National Cricket Center in Brisbane, Cardiff Metropolitan University*, the Loughborough University in Leicestershire, and the Sri Ramachandra University in Chennai as testing facilities for players reported in international cricket under the ICC regulations.The facility was assessed against a range of criteria, including having an indoor area large enough to allow a player to bowl off his or her normal full run-up, a motion analysis system with a minimum of 12 high-speed cameras capable of producing three-dimensional data, and suitably qualified personnel experienced in using such systems and implementing the ICC testing protocol.An ICC release stated that the accreditation of the University of Pretoria was part of an effort to “tackle the issue of illegal bowling actions in a number of ways, including the location of accredited testing facilities in each region.”In order to allow for a consistent assessment of bowlers across different facilities and countries, the ICC has provided the same testing equipment and software to all four centers. * December 12, 16.50 GMT – The article had previously mentioned University of Pretoria as the fourth testing center. Sangakkara fined for code of conduct breach

Kumar Sangakkara has been fined 15% of his match fee for breaching Article 2.1.3 of the ICC code of conduct, which relates to “showing dissent at an umpire’s decision”.
The incident occured during the 34th over of Sri Lanka’s innings, when Sangakkara got involved in a prolonged discussion with on-field umpire Bruce Oxenford, disputing his decision to not allow Sri Lanka to take the batting Powerplay at that time. Two balls later, following the dismissal of Tillakaratne Dilshan, Sangakkara turned to Oxenford and made another inappropriate comment.
After the conclusion of the match, Sangakkara admitted the to offence and accepted the sanction proposed by match referee David Boon.

But his next 50 took only 34 balls and, as he pulled and drove Chris Jordan for sixes, or skipped down the pitch to hit Mooen Ali over mid-on, England’s cricket became ever more ragged.Jos Buttler missed two chances – one a desperately tough stumping, the other an error of judgement when he called for a catch that would have gone almost straight to James Taylor – while England’s bowlers donated another eight runs in wides. Their tally in the six match series to date is 64.Though Sangakkara fell with five-and-a-half overs to go, the platform he had built allowed Sri Lanka’s lower-order to attack with freedom. With England’s seamers persisting on pitching short, Sri Lanka’s batsmen plundered 67 from the final seven overs.England never threatened in reply. Though Moeen caressed two sixes and a four in one Dilshan over and Joe Root sustained his form with a half-century, they lost three wickets in the first Powerplay and six before the halfway stage. Taylor played for non-existent spin – Sachithra Senanayake’s new action has left him tidy but lacking bite – Bopara edged a wide one and Buttler, sent back by Root, was run-out by a brilliant pick up and throw from Lahiru Thirimanne.Suranga Lakmal, brought in for the dropped Dhammika Prasad, bowled with impressive hostility to claim career-best ODI figures. Eoin Morgan was unfortunate to receive a brute of a lifter first delivery and could only glove it to the keeper, Root missed an attempted scoop and Chris Jordan edged one that nipped away.While Woakes produced a fluent innings, the damage was long since done. It was Sangakkara’s day, for sure, but it might be Cook who looks back on it as a defining moment in his career.

فابريزيو رومانو الصحفي الإيطالي، أكد عبر حسابه الشخصي على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي “تويتر”، أن ليونيل ميسي سيكون متواجدًا في باريس يوم الإثنين لنيل الجائزة الثامنة.

O gás inicial do Cruzeiro acabou rápido, o time carioca encaixou na parte defensiva e cresceu em campo. أكد أحمد حسام ميدو لاعب ومدرب الزمالك الأسبق ومقدم البرامج الرياضية الحالي، أن مجلس إدارة القلعة البيضاء الجديد برئاسة حسين لبيب مُحترف.

وكان مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك الجديد قد عقد أمس الإثنين، أول اجتماعاته بعد نجاحه في الانتخابات الماضية.

وقال ميدو في تصريحات تلفزيونية بفضائية “المحور” عبر برنامج “الريمونتادا”: “جميع القرارات التي سيتم اتخاذها ستكون مبنية على دراسة وأرقام ودلائل وثوابت”.

وأضاف: “واحدة من أهم أولويات مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك برئاسة حسين لبيب، عودة أنس أسامة لاعب فريق الاتحاد والزمالك سابقًا، ولا يوجد هناك مفاوضات ولكني أعلم أن أحد أهم أولويات مجلس حسين لبيب عودة اللاعب”.

واستكمل: “القرار جاء من حسين لبيب، ونبه على المجلس بالكامل ضرورة عدم الحديث إعلاميًا ومن يتحدث فقط هو أحمد سالم المتحدث الرسمي”.

واستطرد: “كان هناك جلسة بين مسؤولي الزمالك في الأيام الماضية، مع الوكالة الراعية للنادي لمناقشة وتعديل بعض البنود”.

واستأنف: “كان هناك اتفاق على تعديل في بعض البنود لصالح الطرفين، والأمر ليس (خناقة)، الزمالك من الممكن أن يحقق عوائد تسويقية بأشكال وطرق مختلفة”.

وكشف: “مسؤولو الزمالك لا يستعجلون التجديد لأي لاعب إلا اثنين فقط، هما أحمد فتوح، ومحمود عبد الرازق شيكابالا”.

وأوضح: “الزمالك يريد تجديد عقد شيكابالا لمدة موسم جديد نظرًا لأهميته داخل الفريق، شيكابالا يستحق التحية والإشادة ويستحق اختيار وقت اعتزاله وفقا لمًا يريد، ويجب أن يعيد له النادي جزءًا من حقه، أطالب مسؤولي الزمالك بسرعة تجديد عقد شيكابالا، اللاعب ظُلم كثيرًا”.
